- Provide detailed hotel and local attraction information
- Assist with valet parking and transportation coordination
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance area appearance
- Handle special guest requests promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams
- Process secure payments for services rendered
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in hotel property management systems
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Local Sacramento knowledge preferred
