Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, including bedding changes, surface disinfection, and floor care
- Stock and maintain amenities to meet luxury standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Address maintenance issues promptly and communicate with maintenance team
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and sustainable practices
- Coordinate with front desk for room turnover optimization
- Provide exceptional service during guest interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Michigan driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
