Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of residential and commercial spaces including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Perform detailed dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing using industry-standard techniques
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed
- Adapt cleaning protocols to client preferences and special requests
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized, clutter-free work areas
- Report maintenance issues and property concerns promptly
- Complete daily checklists and quality assurance inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Background check and drug screen required
