Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and suites to 5-star standards
- Deep clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance concerns
- Follow safety protocols and eco-friendly practices
- Collaborate with housekeeping team for efficient room turnover
- Inspect rooms for quality assurance before guest check-in
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
