Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms and public areas
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including carpet care, upholstery cleaning, and window washing
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmentally sustainable practices
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure efficient room turnover
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
- Follow brand-specific cleaning standards and quality assurance guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license preferred (for supply runs)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of EPA-approved cleaning chemicals and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
