Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Perform detailed deep cleaning of bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Adhere strictly to hotel sanitation and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional service while respecting guest privacy
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to optimize room turnover
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Basic knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
