Responsibilities

- Implement quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for financial modeling
- Collaborate with hardware teams on error mitigation strategies
- Create quantum simulation frameworks for drug discovery
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging QML techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topology
- Deep understanding of quantum annealing and gate-based models
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
