Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance on proprietary quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives focusing on error correction and quantum supremacy
- Publish findings in leading journals and present at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and develop quantum computing curriculum for internal training programs
- Secure research grants and partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 3+ years quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Strong publication record in top-tier quantum computing or physics journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
