Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring seamless execution across all departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and overall profitability.
- Maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction, actively seeking feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage the resort budget, P&L statements, and financial forecasting with precision.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals to foster a culture of excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Drive marketing initiatives and special events to enhance the resort's brand presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with a preference for luxury resort experience.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a large team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) and MS Office suite.
