Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 project roadmap from conception to deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams across AI, robotics, and quantum computing domains
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development cycles
- Secure strategic partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions
- Present project milestones to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Maintain agile project management using JIRA and Confluence
- Ensure compliance with emerging federal AI governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems in regulated industries
- Expertise in AI/ML, IoT, and distributed computing architectures
- Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
