Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance 2D rendering engines using Canvas API, WebGL, and SVG.
- Optimize rendering pipelines to ensure 60fps animations and seamless interactions across devices.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate high-fidelity mockups into robust, scalable code.
- Debug complex rendering issues, optimize asset loading, and reduce memory usage.
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices for animation physics and graphics programming.
- Stay current with emerging web graphics technologies and implement bleeding-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on graphics, animation, or game development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Deep understanding of the HTML5 Canvas API, WebGL, and CSS animations.
- Strong mathematical background (linear algebra) for 2D/3D transformations and matrix math.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience with performance profiling tools (Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse).
