Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance microservices and frontend applications using modern best practices.
- Full Lifecycle Development: Drive the entire software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews to ensure high standards across the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Optimization: Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Technical Leadership: Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js or Vue.js with a deep understanding of state management (Redux, Vuex, Pinia).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Tools: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
