In this role, you will architect and build complex 2D interactive tools used by millions of users daily. You will bridge the gap between artistic design and technical implementation, ensuring that every pixel serves a purpose and every interaction feels fluid.
Responsibilities
- Architect Rendering Engines: Design and implement high-performance 2D rendering pipelines using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code to ensure 60fps performance on a wide range of devices and screen sizes.
- Visual Logic: Develop complex 2D geometry, coordinate systems, and mathematical models to solve real-world data visualization problems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into fully functional, responsive interactive prototypes.
- Maintenance: Debug and troubleshoot rendering issues, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards are met.
- Innovation: Explore new libraries and techniques to push the boundaries of what is possible in the browser.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience building 2D interactive web applications.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and a core framework such as React or Vue.
- Graphics: Strong understanding of 2D mathematics, geometry, and vector graphics.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), build tools (Webpack/Vite), and modern CSS methodologies (Sass/Less).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
