Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable AI systems and deep learning models tailored for 2026-era computing demands.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agents, and prototype cutting-edge solutions.
- System Optimization: Tune and optimize neural networks for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency, reducing latency in real-time applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and security experts to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our core software products.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and privacy in all automated decision-making processes.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused specifically on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++. Experience with MLOps pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Model Development: Proven track record of deploying and scaling state-of-the-art models in production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system architectures and optimize performance bottlenecks.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
