Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems optimized for low-latency inference.
- Design and implement agentic workflows that enable autonomous AI agents to perform complex, multi-step reasoning tasks.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from experimental research to MLOps implementation and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products and enterprise solutions.
- Establish best practices for model governance, bias mitigation, and ethical AI usage.
- Optimize model training pipelines to reduce compute costs and energy consumption.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep understanding of neural network architectures (Transformers, GNNs, Diffusion Models).
- Proven experience deploying LLMs in production environments using cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
