- Pioneer Emerging Technologies: Research and evaluate emerging tech stacks (e.g., Web 3.0, Neural Interfaces) to ensure our products remain ahead of the curve.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, enterprise-grade AI systems that can handle massive data loads and future growth.
- Drive R&D Initiatives: Spearhead internal hackathons and innovation labs to foster a culture of continuous learning and breakthrough discovery.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate strategic goals into technical reality.

Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role within high-tech environments.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
