Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI integration, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging tech trends.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks and guidelines to ensure responsible, bias-free, and transparent AI deployment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, engineering teams, and product managers to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global AI trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Pilot Program Management: Oversee the execution and scaling of high-impact AI pilot projects across various departments.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the technology department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or technology management, with a specific focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and generative AI architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing technology strategies that drive revenue and operational efficiency.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or AI Ethics certification is a plus.
