Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes with VIP clientele
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and complaints with discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams
- Oversee front desk operations during peak hours and shift changes
- Train and mentor junior front desk staff
- Utilize Opera property management system for reservations
- Upsell premium rooms, suites, and hotel amenities
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Fluency in English; Spanish or Mandarin preferred
- Valid Illinois hospitality license
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Proven upselling and revenue generation track record
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
