Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technological, social, and economic signals into actionable insights
- Author quarterly trend briefings and annual future-state reports for executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to capture cutting-edge research
- Design and maintain a proprietary foresight database with predictive analytics capabilities
- Advise product teams on long-term innovation pipelines aligned with 2026 market projections
- Represent the organization at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating complex futures narratives
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic adaptation to emerging disruptions
- Portfolio of published foresight work or successful strategic implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from foresight academy or similar institution)
