Responsibilities
- Lead foresight research and scenario planning for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Prototype future-state solutions through rapid experimentation and validation
- Advise on ethical implications and societal impacts of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies required
