Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological/societal trends through 2026+ using proprietary AI-driven foresight platforms
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports for C-suite executives across global enterprises
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate future scenarios through prototype development
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at tech-forward firms
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial applications
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., APF) required
