Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant algorithms for next-gen security frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI governance protocols
- Design sustainable tech ecosystems with carbon-negative infrastructure
- Produce horizon-scanning whitepapers on emerging tech paradigms
- Integrate neuromorphic computing into production systems
- Drive R&D in decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Mentor junior engineers in ethical tech development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record scaling blockchain solutions to enterprise level
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Architecture (STA)
- Portfolio demonstrating neuromorphic computing implementations
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST)
