- Develop and maintain a comprehensive futures roadmap aligned with company strategic objectives
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to stress-test long-term business strategies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and ROI
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial applications
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation roadmaps implemented in Fortune 500 environments
