As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and long-term growth strategies that will define industries by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech fusion, climate tech)
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026 market disruption
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Design and implement innovation workshops for cross-functional teams
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions
- Author thought leadership pieces on technological evolution
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published work on future-of-work or technological disruption
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
