- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technology adoption (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness maturity
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation human-AI interfaces
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications and conferences
- Maintain proprietary database of emerging technologies with 3-year impact assessments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of C-level trend briefings with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published author or keynote speaker on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Experience with policy-impact analysis for regulatory frameworks
