Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives to map technological, economic, and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients navigating AI disruption, climate adaptation, and quantum computing adoption
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports and trend briefs for C-suite executives
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026's most pressing challenges
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Present findings at international conferences and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or relevant professional designation
