Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations and guest service standards
- Train and mentor guest relations team members
- Handle VIP guest requests and special event coordination
- Resolve complex guest issues with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping and F&B departments
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvements
- Manage inventory of amenities and supplies
Qualifications
- 5+ years luxury hotel experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in Opera or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in multiple languages preferred
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and events
- Hotel school degree or equivalent certification required
