Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional personalized guest services including restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local activity bookings
- Act as primary liaison between guests and hotel departments to resolve inquiries and special requests
- Maintain deep knowledge of Houston attractions, events, and cultural offerings
- Collaborate with front desk team to ensure seamless check-in/check-out experiences
- Train and mentor junior concierge staff on service standards and local expertise
- Manage VIP guest accounts and anticipate needs through proactive communication
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years luxury hotel concierge or guest services experience
- Proven expertise in Houston tourism, dining, and entertainment scene
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Marriott, etc.)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
