Responsibilities
- Curate bespoke local experiences and arrange premium reservations (dining, entertainment, transportation)
- Manage VIP guest preferences and anticipate needs through proactive communication
- Train and mentor junior concierge staff on service standards and local expertise
- Resolve complex guest inquiries with discretion and creative problem-solving
- Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and F&B teams for seamless service delivery
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Long Beach attractions, events, and cultural offerings
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel concierge experience in high-volume environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple VIP reservations simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills in English and proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin
- Deep knowledge of Southern California tourism landscape
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and reservation management systems
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
