Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including restaurant reservations, tour bookings, and local recommendations
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs through proactive communication and attention to detail
- Collaborate with front desk, valet, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and complaints with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Omaha attractions, events, and transportation options
- Train junior concierge staff on service standards and local expertise
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years luxury hotel concierge experience in a 4/5-star property
- Extensive knowledge of Omaha's dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding guest satisfaction goals
