Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized concierge services including restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and unique local experiences
- Proactively address guest inquiries and resolve service challenges with elegance and efficiency
- Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Houston's attractions, events, and cultural offerings
- Manage VIP guest preferences and anticipate needs through proactive communication
- Train and mentor junior concierge staff on service standards and local expertise
Qualifications
- 3+ years of luxury hotel concierge experience in a 4-5 star property
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Deep knowledge of Houston's dining, arts, entertainment, and business landscape
- Proven ability to manage complex guest requests and high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
