Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and cross-train 50+ staff members through performance management initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services and supplies
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and sustainability practices
- Analyze financial reports and adjust operational strategies to meet KPIs
- Coordinate with marketing team to execute seasonal promotions and events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience with luxury properties
- Proven P&L management and budgeting expertise
- Strong knowledge of Opera, Marriott, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Valid Florida Hotel Manager License or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
