Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Manage departmental budgets, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through service excellence programs
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain operational standards
- Drive marketing initiatives and community partnerships to enhance brand presence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 7 years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record of revenue growth and operational excellence
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor diverse teams
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Florida hospitality license or ability to obtain within 30 days
