Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance guest experiences
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Analyze financial metrics and optimize revenue streams
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and diplomacy
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for occupancy targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Local Milwaukee market knowledge preferred
