Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets
- Manage P&L statements with focus on cost optimization and profit maximization
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Collaborate with sales team on corporate and group bookings
- Handle guest complaints and service recovery situations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 5+ years hotel management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals
- Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and hotel management systems
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Nebraska hospitality management certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays
