Responsibilities
- Manage P&L, budget forecasting, and financial performance across all departments
- Develop strategic initiatives to maximize occupancy and average daily rate
- Lead and mentor 150+ staff members in guest-facing and operational roles
- Implement brand standards and service excellence protocols
- Coordinate with sales team for corporate/group bookings and events
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and sustainability practices
- Oversee property maintenance and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven revenue management and financial leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of Opera/PMS systems and hospitality tech
- Exceptional conflict resolution and guest recovery abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration
- ServSafe certification and Florida liquor license required
- Experience with union labor negotiations preferred
