Responsibilities
- Strategic oversight of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and event management
- Develop and implement innovative guest experience initiatives to boost satisfaction and loyalty
- Financial leadership: manage P&L, optimize revenue streams, and control operational costs
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Drive local marketing initiatives and build strong community partnerships
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury or premium properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and occupancy targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- CHIA or CHA certification preferred
