Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership of all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge services
- Financial oversight including budget management, P&L optimization, and revenue strategy implementation
- Team development through hiring, training, and performance management of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Guest experience enhancement through personalized service protocols and complaint resolution
- Vendor relationship management and operational compliance with brand standards
- Community engagement initiatives to strengthen local partnerships and brand visibility
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel management with 3+ years at senior leadership level
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Austin market experience or deep knowledge of Texas hospitality landscape
- Advanced certification in Hotel Management (CHIA, AHLEI) or equivalent
- Exceptional crisis management and operational problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated success in staff retention and cultural development
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
