Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for seasonal promotions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel management with P&L responsibility
- Proven leadership experience in high-volume hospitality environments
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Advanced knowledge of Opera/PMS systems and revenue management
- Strong conflict resolution and customer relationship skills
- Valid California Food Handler's certification
