Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize profitability
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal service/cost
- Analyze financial performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and events teams for seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction goals
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of Miami tourism market and hospitality trends
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Valid Florida Hotel Manager certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays
