Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage team recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Analyze financial metrics to optimize revenue and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for revenue generation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management abilities
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Texas Food Manager Certification preferred
