Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout guest stays
- Perform housekeeping duties including room cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking amenities
- Assist with dining operations including food service, beverage preparation, and table maintenance
- Operate hotel systems including POS terminals and reservation software
- Monitor security and safety protocols during assigned shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
