Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership of 150+ staff across all departments
- Financial oversight: P&L management, budget optimization, and cost control
- Develop and execute innovative guest experience programs
- Coordinate with sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and health regulations
- Implement staff training and development initiatives
- Oversee property maintenance and capital improvement projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years luxury hotel management experience
- Proven revenue growth and profitability track record
- Advanced hospitality degree or equivalent certification
- Expert knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong understanding of Baltimore tourism market
- Valid Maryland Food Handler certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
