Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor budget adherence and financial performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Coordinate with marketing team to drive occupancy and loyalty programs
- Resolve escalated guest concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in luxury/serviced accommodations
- Strong P&L management and budgeting expertise
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid New Mexico hospitality certification
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Local Albuquerque market knowledge required
