Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest relations
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue and profitability
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams through training and performance management
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and health/safety regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Handle VIP guest experiences and resolve escalated service issues
- Analyze financial reports and optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in luxury hotel management with 3+ years in senior leadership
- Proven track record exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Deep knowledge of Beverly Hills market and luxury clientele
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera, Microsoft Office, and hotel management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field required
