Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms, suites, and public areas to 5-star standards
- Manage inventory and restock supplies efficiently
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation protocols
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Collaborate with front desk and guest services teams
- Train junior housekeeping staff on procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience in luxury hotels
- Knowledge of OSHA sanitation standards
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for errands)
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluent in English (Spanish preferred)
