Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed hygiene standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen with precision
- Coordinate with maintenance team for room readiness and issue resolution
- Train junior staff on resort cleaning protocols and sustainability practices
- Execute detailed room inspections before guest arrivals
- Handle special guest requests with discretion and urgency

Qualifications
- 3+ years of luxury hotel housekeeping experience required
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera)

- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
