Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest company standards.
- Ensure all linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies are stocked, organized, and readily available.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and maintenance work orders.
- Maintain a high standard of safety, sanitation, and infection control compliance at all times.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or security concerns to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with front desk staff, kitchen teams, and maintenance personnel.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods with physical stamina.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
