What You Will Do:
- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Optimize existing models for high-performance inference in production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into our core products.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring of model performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Lead the full ML lifecycle including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure continuous integration and delivery of models.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on architecture and best practices.
- Stay current with the latest research in machine learning and NLP/CV.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and C++.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping scalable ML products to production.
