Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems.
- Develop and execute data-backed keyword strategies to target high-intent search terms and drive organic traffic growth.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, content structure, and internal linking architecture.
- Manage and oversee a high-quality link building campaign to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush to measure campaign success.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain competitive and compliant.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into every piece of content.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a demonstrated track record of improving search rankings and organic traffic.
- Advanced proficiency in technical SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic technical troubleshooting and optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing SEO projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
